This week the 3rd annual Utah Underwater Robotics competition at the Lehi Legacy center.  Over 175 teams of middle and elementary school-age students participated. ROV kits were given to the students at the start of the year and they used their knowledge to build small remotely operated underwater vehicles (ROVs). The year-long program and competition was a great success, may students were introduced to STEM education and are excited about the opportunities the competition has given them.
